Offered at MCC (MVPWL)

The Powerline program prepares students to install, construct, and maintain electrical overhead and underground powerlines. With an emphasis towards hands-on experience, students learn about the generation, transmission and distribution, safety, and measurement of power in the form of electricity. Students also learn about and gain experience with the various materials, hardware, and equipment used by powerline technicians.
