Three-dimensional geometry and vectors; partial derivatives; gradient; multiple integration; vector fields. Offered on condition of sufficient enrollment.

Course Learning Outcomes

Graph and find derivatives of vector-valued functions and apply these to problems.
Evaluate functions of several variables, graph level curves and perform limit, derivative and integral functions on these functions.
Solve area, volume, and other application problems with multiple integration of multivariable functions.
Perform vector analysis, including Gauss’, Green’s, and Stokes’ Theorems.
