1 year of high school algebra

Basic principles and materials of inorganic chemistry, atomic theory, chemical bonding, formulas and equations, metric system, periodic table and basic laboratory techniques. Designed for pre-nursing, home economics and agricultural science students.



Course Learning Outcomes
  1. Examine the properties of matter qualitatively.
  2. Perform quantitative manipulations occurring during chemical and physical changes.
  3. Examine atomic structure of matter.
  4. Examine the chemical forces that hold the components of matter together.
