This course provides an in-depth knowledge into proper operation and maintenance of agricultural hay & forage equipment such as self-propelled conditioners, round balers, and square balers.

Course Learning Outcomes

1. Know how to properly operate hay and forage equipment.

2. Be able to know basic maintenance items and issues to ensure hay and forage equipment runs properly and efficiently.

3. Learn how to test and assess common repair issues and/or problems in hay and forage equipment.

4. Learn how to properly preform regular, scheduled maintenance on hay and forage equipment.
