A continuation of CHM 166 with emphasis on thermodynamics, kinetics, equilibrium, electrochemistry, solubility products, pH, buffers, metal complexion, acid-base theory, nuclear chemistry and carbon compounds.

- Perform quantitative manipulations occurring during chemical and physical changes.
- Examine the macroscopic properties of matter based on molecular pictures
