Topics include Ancient Russ, the rise of Kievan Rus, the Mongol invasions, and the expansion of Moscow, the Romanov Dynasty, the Russian Revolution, the Soviet Union, the cold war, and contemporary Russia. Additionally, this course will cover economics, demographics, and political conditions and factors.
