- Demonstrate the ability to use factors that aid in the classification and identification of organisms by identifying selected species.
- Explain how the basic principles of ecology and evolution relate to Iowa’s cold-blooded vertebrates.
- Describe conservation strategies for Iowa’s cold-blooded vertebrates.
- Discuss common behaviors and the life histories of Iowa’s ectothermic vertebrates.
