Breeding animal and market animal evaluation of beef, swine and sheep using contemporary techniques and tools. Communication and decision-making skills are practiced in the context of making selection decisions.

1. Evaluate breeding cattle, swine, and sheep using visual appraisal and performance records. |
2. Evaluate and grade market animals and understand how visual differences affect the economic value of the carcasses they produce. |
