Designed to provide emerging and existing leaders the opportunity to explore the concept of leadership and to develop and improve their leadership skills. Integrates readings from the humanities, experiential exercises, films, and contemporary readings on leadership.

Course Learning Outcomes
1. Explain effective techniques and strategies for articulating a vision, setting goals, empowering others, making decisions, and managing change.

2. Develop a fundamental understanding of effective and ethical leadership skills.

3. Improve leadership skills by articulating a personal leadership philosophy, enhancing self-awareness, and embracing servant leadership.

4. Develop different team building and conflict management skills.
