This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the beef industry and the skills necessary to effectively manage and optimize beef production operations. Students will learn about various aspects of cattle production, including breeding, nutrition, health management, marketing, genetics, reproductive technologies, feedlot management, pasture management. Additionally, they may explore business and economic aspects of the industry, learning to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall success and sustainability of beef operations.
