Entry level class that will introduce you to the taping aspect of the Athletic Training profession. The time spent in and out of class will focus on the most common taping and wrapping techniques needed to be a successful Athletic Training Student (ATS), coach, and other related professions.
Course Learning Outcomes 1. Demonstrate proficiency in the application of taping and wrapping techniques for various body parts.
2. Use materials suitable for different conditions or injuries while ensuring effective and safe treatment.
3. Develop skills essential for working as an athletic training student (ATS) or coach, including communicating instructions related to taping and wrapping procedures.
