Is designed to give the student an understanding of the operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of an automated manufacturing system components including the programmable logic controller.

1. How to override electric-pneumatic valves 
2. How to adjust pneumatic actuator speeds
3. How to override a magnetic motor starter
4. How to measure I/O signals at a digital I/O interface module
5. How to adjust limit switches 
6. How to adjust proximity sensors
7. How to operate various stations in a automated system
8. How to adjust vacuum grippers and switches
9. How to adjust shock absorbers
10. Design a program for various stations in an automated manufacturing system.
11. Use a PLC status indicator to determine the status of PLC operation
12. Troubleshoot a mechatronics power supply
