AGM 114 - Hydraulics I

AGM 110  
CAREER AND TECHNICAL CREDIT TYPE

Introduces the basic laws and theories of fluid power. Includes operation and testing of pumps, valves, cylinders and motors commonly found in vehicles and equipment.



Course Learning Outcomes
1. Be able to know and demonstrate how hydraulics systems work.
2. Know how to diagnose and repair common hydraulic issues and problems.
3. Demonstrate how to properly install and remove hydraulic systems including cylinders, pumps and hoses.
4. Learn how to properly repair and/or create hydraulic hose ends.
